Are you wondering why we built the Trauffer adventure world? It's simple: we are proud of our long family tradition of toy and souvenir production and couldn't imagine anything better than being able to show it to you. than being able to show it to you. In addition, there has been a great deal of interest in guided tours, carving and painting courses and a Trauffer flagship store in Hofstetten since the new administration building was administration building in 2016, but unfortunately we were unable to fulfill these wishes at the time due to lack of space.

At the end of 2018, it was clear to us that Trauffer Wooden Toys would be moving into the future with a visitor center. What was planned to be small became bigger and bigger during the planning phase. To the experience world tour with rooms for carving courses, seminar and event rooms, two restaurants and, last but not least, the Bretterhotel were added. Since June 4, 2022, we have been showing you how we produce our sustainable Wooden Toys and souvenirs, introduce you to history, tradition and the art of carving and, while you're here, you can also indulge in culinary delights celebrate with us and stay overnight.
