The Forest Stewardship Council monitors the management and environmentally friendly use of forests worldwide. FSC stands for top quality under fair conditions. The Trauffer Holzspielwaren AG uses 100% FSC-certified Swiss wood for its entire production. We are proud to be an FSC certified company. For the future of our forest.

Trauffer Wooden Toys AG uses only Swiss wood. This benefits Swiss forest owners, forestry companies and sawmills.

All paints used are safe for children of any age as they are sweat and saliva proof. Produced by the company Teknos Feyco, they are water based, free of toxins and regularly tested. 

Trauffer Wooden toys are subject to the guidelines of the Federal Office of Public Health. They are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. There is a risk of suffocation due to small parts that can be swallowed.

Mainly regional wood is used and thus additional transport routes are avoided. The wood is air-dried, which massively reduces_{CO2 emissions}.
