Rosa was always the good soul in the house Trauffer - grandson Marc remembers this very well and therefore dedicates the Bakery Bistro to her. Rosa Trauffer was happiest when she could spoil everyone in her kitchen with delicacies. 

Rosa's, our inviting and uncomplicated self-service bistro with its own bakery, has indoor and outdoor seating - right by the children's playground. What is there to enjoy? From Hot-Muhs (Trauffer Special Hotdogs) to homemade fries, burgers, delicious sandwiches with fresh bread and pastries, and soft-serve ice cream with toppings that you can add to your heart's content. to your heart's content,
no wishes remain open.

Rosa's summer garden makes it possible! Whether in combination with a walk, an evening bike tour or - even better - an overnight stay with us at Bretterhotel. Until the end of October our bistro goes into extra time every evening. Until 8.30 pm, our Rosa's team will spoil you with fries, burgers, hot dogs, salads and our culinary invention, the "Focaccinis", freshly from the oven (a kind of pizza, only much better)! Of course, our team also has something for the sweet tooth - delicacies from our own bakery and, of course, from Rosa's KUHler soft ice cream machine. Enjoy balmy hours in the bistro garden, because the Rosa's team doesn't close until 9:30 pm. We look forward to your visit to our summer garden!
