Rosa was always the good soul in the house Trauffer - grandson Marc remembers this very well and therefore dedicates the Bakery Bistro to her. Rosa Trauffer was happiest when she could spoil everyone in her kitchen with delicacies. 

Rosa's, our inviting and uncomplicated self-service bistro with its own bakery, has indoor and outdoor seating - right next to the children's playground. What is there to enjoy? From Hot-Muhs (Trauffer Special Hotdogs), home-made chips, burgers, delicious sandwiches with fresh bread and pastries and soft ice cream with toppings that you can add to your heart's content . toppings that you can add yourself to your heart's content.
