Delivery/Transport
All goods(except Erlebniswelt Ticktes) are shipped within Switzerland by POST within 2 to 4 business days.*
Deliveries to private customers are only possible within Switzerland.
If, despite our special packaging, transport damage occurs, claims for replacement delivery can only be made to us if these are documented and reported immediately on receipt of the consignment.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible in the order in which they are received. Only occasionally we have to ask for understanding for unavoidable delivery times, if an
article is currently not in stock and is in post-production. You will be informed about articles that are currently not available. Subsequent deliveries are

Packaging and shipping costs
The order value does not include shipping and packaging costs. These are shown in the online store at the end of the order process. The standard shipping costs (incl. packaging and insurance) are

Payment
Cash payment at the post office counter incurs charges for the recipient; if you make your payments directly by prepayment, via your Mastercard, Visa, bank or postal checking account,
you help us to avoid unnecessary costs.
Late payment: In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to charge reminder fees.
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made (so-called retention of title).
Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include 8.1% VAT, which is calculated and added when the order is completed. We reserve the right to change prices and product ranges

Right of withdrawal and return conditions
You can return items within 5 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with them, except for items with signs of wear. Returns must be prepaid. Please enclose the invoice
or a copy of the invoice and keep the postal receipt.
Complaints must be received by us within 5 days of receipt of the order.
Faulty items consisting of several parts can only be exchanged in their entirety. Individual parts cannot be returned.
Amounts paid in advance or already paid will be refunded in full (minus shipping costs) if the goods are returned or the complaint is justified.
Damage caused by improper handling or defective packaging on return shall be borne by the customer.
Warranty
All our products are brand new! However, please note that you are ordering an item made from a natural raw material - wood. Deviations from the picture can occur due to the natural
natural condition of the wood.
If a product is defective or incomplete, it will be exchanged without complaint. The product will be checked for the defect before the exchange.
Excluded from the warranty are damages for which the buyer is responsible, e.g. as a result of improper handling.
Complaints must be made immediately after receipt of the goods, at the latest within 5 days.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for the products sold and delivered.
